Special Note: This is a Redeemable Consultation Fee. To support your brand’s journey, the full $50 will be applied as a credit toward your first project or strategic engagement with Linvigor. Essentially, your initial discovery and planning session becomes free when we begin our work together.

Whether you are launching a new venture or refining an existing identity, this session ensures your visual communication is rooted in purpose and aligned with your business goals.

Strategic Direction: Identifying which creative services (branding, web, or visual strategy) will best serve your unique needs.

Preparation:
To make the most of our time, please ensure you have completed the mandatory questions in the booking form. If you have an existing website or brand deck, please provide the link at least 24 hours before our session.
Strategic Consulting Info
The Goal: Our session is designed to align your visual identity with your business objectives. We will use a blend of design thinking, consumer psychology, and economic strategy to solve your specific brand challenges.
Preparation: Please submit your Brand Audit or Website URL via the booking form at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to conduct a preliminary review so we can dive straight into strategy.
Ownership: Upon full payment, all final design assets and strategic recommendations are yours to use for your business growth.
Scope: This session covers high-level strategy and consultation. Execution of design assets (logos, websites, etc.) will be quoted separately following our call.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Your time and mine are both valuable.
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund or credit.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or "no-shows," are non-refundable.
Emergency: I understand life happens. If you have a true emergency, please email me at hello@linvigor.com as soon as possible.
Consultation Credit Policy:
Applicability: The $50 credit is valid for any creative service or business strategy package booked within 90 days of the initial consultation.
Non-Transferable: The credit is tied to the individual or business that booked the consultation and cannot be transferred to another party.
No Cash Value: The fee is redeemable against services only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cancellations: As per our general policy, the $50 fee is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
